Tricreatine malate (95.0%); flavors; sweetener - sucralose; beetroot juice concentrate for pink grapefruit flavor; anti-caking agent - silicon dioxide; color for orange flavor - sunset yellow FCF; color for pineapple flavor - beta-carotene.

Directions for use
Dissolve a single serving of the product - 3.5 g (0.5 scoops) in 250-300 ml of water using a shaker. Take 2 servings a day.
On training days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up, 1 serving 30 min. before training or 1 serving immediately after training.
On non-training days: 1 serving in the morning after waking up, 1 serving between meals or 1 serving before going to bed.
